BNL Implements New CRM in Ongoing Commitment to Customer Communication

BNL (UK) Limited, the leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic bearing solutions, is implementing Salesforce’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution throughout its organisation to further strengthen its close customer ties.
“As the business grows and expands globally, we felt the need for a faster, more functional system to our previous solution, which would allow us to maintain good communication, provide global access to business information and increase efficiencies of customer service”, stated Derek Mansfield CEO. “By investing in the Salesforce CRM system in order to do so, we are demonstrating our commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.”
The new system will be the key to streamlining operations and provide better service to BNL’s customers. It will:

- Improve collaboration across regional sales teams in the management of global accounts.

- Encourage better time management and more efficient working practices.
- Enable easy tracking of the progress and status of an enquiry to better inform and manage customer expectations.
- Allow an overall view of a customer relationship or account activity so BNL can evaluate customer satisfaction, team performance and other indicators, with the aim of continually improving its service offering.
