Pan and tilt bearing assembly for a CCTV camera - as well as two double row precision bearings, the assembly has been designed to include many additional features such as integrated routing channels to keep the electronic cables tidy, and full- moulded clips that replace metal screws

 

Right angled bevelled gear drive for sealed glass unit window blinds

 

Fully adjustable pivot assembly for a curved shower door incorporating three twin-shot moulded wheels and plated cap

Integrated bearing assembly for a rotating emergency vehicle warning light. Features motor mounting bracket, bulb holder and reflector clips. Replaced a total of 18 individual components in the customer’s existing solution.
