Twin Shot Technology

BNL’s additional twin-shot moulding capability gives us the flexibility to offer greater added value in our design solutions. Our patented nylon shaft with over-moulded elastomer rollers for a computer scanner (see 2 left) is a fine example of our design and manufacturing expertise in this area. Eliminating at least one moulding process, twin-shot technology assures better bonding, increases aesthetic and ergonomic product possibilities, reduces noise, the number of components, suppliers and assembly time, thereby delivering important cost reductions.
