BNL designs and produces low friction and high performance plastic ball bearings to leading roof turbine producers. In particular, GAF Materials Corporation, North America’s largest roofing and ventilation manufacturer, acknowledges significantly improved performance of its rotary roof turbines with a suite of BNL, custom-designed, plastic bearing assemblies. Testing showed a 700% increase in usable life for BNL products over competitors.
BNL has proven experience in solving some of the challenges involved in producing a reliable and long lasting product in this sector; such as ensuring continuous, optimal performance under high winds and extreme weather - even hurricane conditions. BNL plastic bearing technology adds value by reducing friction and noise, whilst the integration of clips and fixings into parts, simplify installation and reduce costs.
