Water Nozzle Technology

Applications such as spa baths, swimming pools, showers and dishwashers contain high concentrations of cleansing and sanitising agents such as chlorine, ozone and bromine that can subject bearings to severe conditions. However, being made from specially compounded thermoplastic materials, BNL bearings minimise water absorption, are chemical resistant and give exceptionally good wear properties.

Clogging is a particular problem for spa manufacturers, but with its innovative patent-pending 'free-flow' cage and race design, BNL’s revolutionary bearing technology allows water and debris to flow freely through the system, yielding a greater flow path compared to conventional bearing technology. With all of the sharp edges removed and the ball clearances increased to reduce potential obstruction points, a smooth and precise rotating jet is guaranteed - even under low pressure and flow conditions. See our 'Free-Flow' bearing technology page for more information.
